• Stakeholder for all Narrative content from pitch to implementation, including Story, Characters, Settings, Themes, in-game Items, Rewards, presentation of Special Offers, FTUE, and more

• Managed 2 years of Live-Ops content on Archer: Danger Phone, nominated for “Best Mobile Game” at the 2021 Canadian Game Awards

• Obtained buy-in from our IP holder, Disney Games, for new types of written content which led to increased Event KPIs and the 2nd highest ARRPU in a single Event on Archer: Danger Phone

• Redefined the role of Narrative, obtained entry to Director-level meetings, and became a stakeholder for creative decisions regarding UI, VFX, and audio on Trailer Park Boys: Get Merged

• Used Confluence and Miro to generate pipelines and Narrative documentation to be used by non-English speakers in a time zone with a 10-hour time difference

• Rewrote the first 4 Player Levels of Roll for Adventure: Idle RPG and achieved an 8% increase in D1 Retention
